Request permanent deletion of your EdificeInfra account and all associated data.
Your personal information (name, email, phone number, address) will be permanently erased.
All product listings, order history, transaction records, and chat messages will be permanently deleted.
Any funds remaining in your escrow or wallet balance will be forfeited unless withdrawn before deletion.
Your supplier/buyer/transporter profile, reviews, and verification status will be permanently removed.
This action is irreversible. You will not be able to recover your account or any associated data.
Account deletion requests are processed within 7 business days. During this period, your account will be deactivated immediately. You will receive a confirmation email once all data has been permanently removed from our systems.
