2. Use of Information

The information we collect is used to verify identities, process transactions securely via our escrow system, track deliveries via GPS, and improve the overall EdificeInfra platform experience.

3. Data Security

We implement robust security measures to protect your personal and financial information, including encrypted databases, secure socket layers for API communications, and strict role-based access controls.

4. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Data is only shared with verified transaction partners (e.g., providing delivery addresses to transporters) and integrated IMS systems as explicitly authorized by you.

5. Affiliate Partner Programme Data

If you participate in the Edifice Infra Solutions Affiliate Partner Programme, the following additional data may be collected and processed:

• Referral Tracking Data: We record which users registered through your unique referral code or link, solely to attribute commissions accurately. This data includes the referred user's registration date and role type (supplier or buyer) — not their personal or financial details.
• Commission and Payout Records: Transaction-level commission accruals, payout request history, and payout method details (e.g., EcoCash number, bank account) are stored securely and used exclusively for payment processing.
• Programme Analytics: Aggregated, anonymized data about affiliate programme performance (total referrals, conversion rates, transaction volumes) may be used for internal analytics and programme improvement.

Affiliate data is subject to the same security standards described in Section 3 and is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. Affiliate partners may request deletion of their programme data by contacting support, subject to regulatory record-keeping requirements.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations. Transaction and commission records are retained for a minimum of 6 years in compliance with Zimbabwean tax and financial regulations.

7. Regulatory Compliance & Non-Pyramid Scheme Declaration

Edifice Infra Solutions strictly complies with Zimbabwean Consumer Protection and Trade Practice laws. The Edifice Infra Solutions Affiliate Partner Programme is a legitimate single-tier referral programme designed to reward users for connecting genuine material suppliers and buyers to the platform.

• Non-Pyramid & Non-MLM Policy: The programme is NOT a pyramid scheme, multi-level marketing (MLM) arrangement, or matrix scheme. Commissions are paid strictly on a single tier (direct referrals only) and are funded solely from existing platform transaction service fees.
• No Recruitment Fees: Joining the programme is completely free. We do not charge registration fees, subscription fees, or mandate inventory purchases to earn commissions.
• Data Protection & Regulatory Rights: Personal data collected under the programme is processed strictly in accordance with Zimbabwean data privacy regulations and international data security standards.
