1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Edifice Infra Solutions platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Escrow Services

All transactions conducted through our platform utilize our proprietary digital escrow system. Funds are securely held and only released upon successful 3-stage photo verification of delivery and buyer confirmation. EdificeInfra acts solely as a neutral trust arbiter.

3. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information, act in good faith during commercial transactions, and adhere to our community guidelines preventing fraud and misrepresentation in the construction supply chain. Network access may be revoked for violations.

4. Liability Limitations

While we guarantee the security of funds held in escrow, EdificeInfra is not liable for structural defects, material quality assertions, or third-party logistical delays beyond the automated tracking provided by the platform.

5. Affiliate Partner Program

The Edifice Infra Solutions Affiliate Partner Program allows registered users to earn commission by referring new suppliers and buyers to the platform. By participating in the program, you agree to the following terms:

  • Single-Tier Commission Structure: Affiliate partners earn commission solely based on the transaction activity of users they directly referred to the platform. There is no multi-level, tiered, or cascading commission structure. You do not earn commission from referrals made by your referrals.
  • Commission Source: Commissions are derived exclusively from the standard platform service fee already charged on completed transactions. No additional charges are applied to referred users, and no costs are passed on to buyers or suppliers as a result of the affiliate relationship.
  • No Recruitment Fees: Participation in the Affiliate Partner Program is entirely free. Affiliate partners are strictly prohibited from charging any fees, dues, or subscription costs to prospective users in exchange for referral links or access to the platform.
  • No Inventory or Purchase Requirements: Affiliate partners are not required to purchase, stock, or sell any products or services. The program is solely a referral-based arrangement.
  • Commission Rates: Commission rates are set by Edifice Infra Solutions at its sole discretion and may be adjusted at any time with prior notice to active affiliate partners.
  • Payout Conditions: Commission payouts are subject to a minimum threshold and a hold period to account for potential order cancellations, refunds, or disputes. Payout methods include EcoCash, InnBucks, and bank transfer.

6. Not a Pyramid Scheme or Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) Programme

Edifice Infra Solutions expressly declares that the Affiliate Partner Program is not a pyramid scheme, multi-level marketing (MLM) programme, network marketing scheme, or any form of prohibited multilateral marketing arrangement as defined under Zimbabwean law or any other applicable jurisdiction.

  • Affiliate partners earn commission only from genuine commercial transactions (the sale and delivery of construction materials) completed on the platform — not from recruiting other affiliates.
  • There is no requirement to recruit other affiliates to earn income. Commission is earned solely from direct referral activity and real marketplace transactions.
  • No participant is required to make any investment, purchase products, pay membership fees, or buy starter kits to join or remain in the program.
  • The programme complies with the principles of the Consumer Protection Act and related trade practices legislation in Zimbabwe.

7. Prohibited Affiliate Conduct

Affiliate partners must not:

  • Misrepresent the affiliate programme as an investment opportunity, passive income scheme, or guaranteed earnings arrangement.
  • Make false or misleading claims about potential earnings or the nature of the programme.
  • Use spam, unsolicited bulk messaging, or deceptive advertising to promote their referral links.
  • Charge any person a fee for access to the Edifice Infra Solutions platform or the affiliate programme.
  • Impersonate Edifice Infra Solutions staff or create the impression of an official employment relationship.

Violation of any of these terms will result in immediate termination of affiliate status, forfeiture of unpaid commissions, and potential legal action.

8. Programme Modification and Termination

Edifice Infra Solutions reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Affiliate Partner Program at any time, with or without notice. In the event of programme termination, all accrued and verified commissions will be paid out to eligible affiliate partners within 30 business days.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and the Affiliate Partner Program are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe.
